All transactions made are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled by contacting glambytayyyy@outlook.com. If rescheduled, the deposit/full fee you paid can be credited by transferring it to the new date of your choosing. However, full cancellations without rescheduling will result in losing your credit.

Yes. Lashes are complimentary, and you may choose from multiple styles. A mini touch up kit with blotting papers, q-tips & a lipstick sample is also included.

Tay only travels for wedding bookings or for groups of three or more people depending on availability. Please state in your inquiry if you require travel services.

You may bring your own lashes if desired but this will not make the price cheaper.

As Tay only has a limited amount of space, she asks that you only bring 1 person to your makeup appointment.

For 1:1 lessons, spray-tans & brow appointments please come alone.

Tay uses the best quality products to ensure your makeup will last all day & night. However, naturally you will need to touch up here & there. A mini touch up kit with blotting papers, q-tips & a lipstick sample is given to you at the end of your appointment, but it‘s also recommended to take a powder with you to your event for touch ups.
