Bookings, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read through Tay’s policies below before booking an appointment:


PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS POLICIES:

  • Deposits are required for all makeup services & are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
  • If you choose to Pay in Full when booking, this is also non-refundable. 

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING POLICIES:

  • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. 
  • Appointments can be rescheduled by contacting glambytayyyy@outlook.com
  • If at least 24 hours notice has been given, the deposit/full payment you’ve paid can be transferred to a new date of your choosing.
  • Cancellations WITHOUT rescheduling will result in losing your deposit/full payment.
  • If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you are required to pay the outstanding amount you owe plus an additional $25 cancellation fee. This also applies to no shows & late arrivals. 
  • Those who already paid in full will also need to pay the additional $25 cancellation fee before you can reschedule.

LATE ARRIVALS, LATE FEES & NO SHOWS POLICIES: 

  • Any late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will result in an automatic cancellation of appointment. You are then required to pay any outstanding fees plus the $25 cancellation fee as stated above in the CANCELLATIONS policy.
  • If you do not show up to your appointment you are required to pay any outstanding fees plus the $25 cancellation fee before you can rebook. If there is refusal/no response you will be banned from rebooking in the future.

ALLERGIES & SKIN CONDITIONS POLICIES:

  • All allergies & skin conditions must be disclosed prior to your appointment.
  • If you have any of the following on the day of your appointment you will need to reschedule your appointment. Cold sores, Styes, Conjunctivitis, Open wound/s, Impetigo, Chicken Pox, Warts, Measles, Boil, Lice, & any other contagious infections.

COVID-19 & IN-STUDIO POLICIES:

  • If you have Covid symptoms or Flu symptoms please DO NOT come to your appointment. Please contact Tay to reschedule.
  • Please do not bring more than 1 person with you to your appointment.
  • Tay asks kindly not to bring children with you to your appointment due to safety regulations. 
  • Lash extensions ARE permitted but DO NOT make services cheaper.
  • Please be mindful that there can be fallout  from eyeshadow/glitter. It is your own responsibility to clean your lash extensions after your appointment.
